Autumn Whispers in Tuscany is a short cinematic video, capturing the essence of an autumn day in my Tuscany. The video opens with a drone shot: an old house where we found refuge, shrouded in mist, under a light rain and a cold sky with bluish tones. This image of the exterior contrasts with the warm interior, where the fire crackles and everything invites serenity.
Inside, warm tones dominate: an old notebook and a feather pen evoke a story waiting to be written, while Mana, my faithful companion and aussistant, peacefully sleeps on the couch by the fireplace. It’s an intimate world, made of simple details, where the sound of the rain and the breath of the wind outside amplify the softness and tranquility of the refuge.
The video ends with a light touch: a little blooper with Mana, bringing a moment of freshness and humor to close this autumn escape.
Personal note :
- I wanted to play on this contrast: the outside, cold and almost desolate, with its shades of blue and grey, opposed to the interior, bright and comforting, where every element tells a story of calm and warmth.
- This film is an invitation to slow down, to savor those moments when we feel at home, protected, while staying connected to the nature around us.
A suspended moment where the interior becomes a refuge, reflecting the sweetness of life in Tuscany.

NEW PROJECT:
“TOSCANA, TERRA DI MANA”
I am currently working on a new, slightly more ambitious film project, which could be realized as a participatory production, involving my followers and Mana‘s followers on social media both creatively and financially. Followers can support the project by making financial contributions, while also actively participating in the creation through ideas and resources they wish to share.
The goal is to create a collaborative and collective experience, where everyone can get involved in their own way.
As a thank you, participants will be credited in the film, either at the beginning or at the end, depending on their level of involvement.

*The title ‘Tuscany, Land of Mana’ is very evocative! It combines both the reference to the name of my dog, Mana, and the concept of ‘Mana’, which, in Polynesian culture, evokes a spiritual or magical energy. This adds a profound dimension to the project, where Tuscany, with its natural beauty and picturesque landscapes, becomes a land where this energy manifests.
I would like to warmly thank my host Erminia and her cousin Laura for their kindness and hospitality, which made this Tuscany adventure even more special.
